Lost or Stolen Packages

Cutesie Clothing is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes depending on their country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
